Is Yahoo Answers considered to be Web 2.0?

Hi, I'd just like to know in your opinion if you consider Yahoo Answers to be a Web 2.0.... as in a social community.

Is Yahoo Answers considered to be Web 2.0?
Well, in my opinion, Yahoo! Answers is a vast database of user created questions and answers. This spreading of community base knowledge would lead me to believe that it should be included in the Web 2.0 movement.
