Verizon:mobile web 2.0??
It depends what plan you bought and when.
In the past Web usage was based on airtime. Thus, if you were using Mobile Web during the Unlimited Nights %26amp; Weekends period, you'd pay nothing.
The latest plans now charge $1.99/Mb of downloaded data, including web access. This charge applies 24/7. VZW suggests that 0.5 Mb is equivalent to 20 web pages, YMMV. And they round up the charge to the nearest Mb.
